Zakynthos is going all out with the signing of Amr Warda!
The team, which sits in last place in Superbet League 2 after the first four matchdays, having earned just one point, is trying to strengthen its roster ahead of the tough road ahead and has set its sights on the 33-year-old attacking midfielder!
According to the latest reports, Zakynthos is very close to reaching an agreement with the Egyptian international and is trying to finalize his signing before the transfer window closes (September 29).
Warda spent last season playing first for AEL Larissa and then for Heraklis, from which he became a free agent last June. He moved to Greece in 2015, when he played for Panetolikos, and subsequently also played for PAOK, Atromitos, Volos, and Panserraikos, as well as in Cyprus with Anorthosis and Apollon.
In total, he has made 98 appearances and scored 42 goals in Greece’s top division, and last year with Heraklis he had 9 appearances and 2 assists.
