Fears regarding the injuries to Taha Ali and Jiri Pavlenka were confirmed, as both players suffered dislocated shoulders during PAOK’s match against Panetolikos in Agrinio.
Both players had to be substituted, and their shoulders were reset in the locker room. In the coming days, they are expected to undergo MRI scans to determine the exact extent of their injuries and decide on a treatment plan.
In fact, PAOK is already in talks to ensure that Ali does not join the Swedish national team and remains in Thessaloniki for his rehabilitation.
A problem also arose with Elustondo, who was injured in a violent collision with Pavlenka. The Spaniard took a blow to the ribs and will also undergo medical tests, although at first glance his condition does not appear to be cause for concern.
