Konstantinos Makridis has stepped down from the bench of the National Youth Team, as announced by the Cyprus Football Association (CFA).

Marios Nikolaou will take his place, while Makridis himself is just a breath away from the Union’s bench, taking on the responsibility of bringing the team back to the top division.

The announcement: “The Cyprus Football Association announces the mutually agreed termination of its collaboration with Konstantinos Makridis.

Mr. Makrides has served as coach of our U-21 national team since March 2023.

On the occasion of his departure, the CFF thanks him for his contributions, professionalism, and dedication, and wishes him every success in his personal and professional life.
