In League C, Albania cruised to a 3-0 win on the road against San Marino—with Stavros Pelios not playing—while Iceland also won by the same score in Luxembourg.
In contrast, Slovakia and Kazakhstan played to a 1-1 draw, while the Bulgaria-Estonia match ended scoreless. Earlier, Finland and Belarus played to a scoreless draw, while Moldova and the Faroe Islands also split the points.
