Jean Montero encountered a problem with his visa and traveled separately from the rest of the Olympiacos delegation to Abu Dhabi.
The “Red-and-Whites” left yesterday for the Emirates ahead of the EuroLeague Super Cup, but without the Dominican guard, who first had to resolve an issue with his paperwork.

The issue was eventually resolved, and the former Valencia star flew to Abu Dhabi on his own, though he missed Thursday’s practice.
However, he will join the team with only a slight delay and will be available to coach Giorgos Bartzokas for tomorrow’s semifinal against Fenerbahçe (5:00 p.m. – Alpha Cyprus), albeit with a bit more discomfort.
