Monday’s training session took place in the afternoon at the team’s training facilities.

Today’s session began with neuromuscular activation to prevent injuries, followed by a ball-possession drill with an irregular tempo, and concluded with a series of high-intensity (short-duration) scrimmages.

Manu García, who had been experiencing discomfort in recent days, underwent tests, and according to the results, he is suffering from adductor syndrome (he has begun a treatment program).
