Rui Pinto has made new revelations that, if proven true, will rock the… already turbulent waters of world soccer!
The Portuguese hacker, the man behind Football Leaks, who played a key role in the outcome of the Manchester City case and in triggering the investigations against the “Citizens,” has revealed that Gianni Infantino was aware of all the team’s irregularities as early as 2014!

As he points out, the FIFA president—who at the time was serving as UEFA General Secretary—did everything in his power to ensure that both Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City would… get off scot-free with just a fine and avoid having investigations launched against them.
Here is what he said in detail:
“As early as 2014, there was a man who knew about the irregularities involving Manchester City. That man now heads FIFA. The notorious Gianni Infantino, then UEFA General Secretary, abused his authority, disclosed confidential documents, and, in short, bypassed the Investigations Department, doing everything in his power to ensure that both Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain would receive nothing more than a fine, thereby avoiding an in-depth investigation that could have led to exclusion from the Champions League.
All these details were also revealed through Football Leaks. Considering his actions as UEFA General Secretary and, more recently, as FIFA President, the only thing I can say —in my humble opinion—is that Gianni Infantino has become a “cancer” for soccer and should have no place in the future of the sport.”
