At today’s board meeting, Ivan Savvidis set PAOK’s goal as qualifying for next season’s Champions League.
The club’s owner clearly stated his top priority for the “Double-Headed Eagle of the North,” while also addressing the other major issue regarding the stadium—the construction of Nea Toumba—emphasizing that he wants work to begin this summer.
As part of the changes to the club’s organizational structure, Savvidis introduced Tzikas, describing him as a technocrat who has demonstrated throughout his career that he knows how to work hard and get results.
Ivan Savvidis emphasized that it is extremely important for the entire organization to function as a team, as this is the only way to achieve the desired results.
Regarding PAOK’s restructuring, he explained that it is moving forward and will be completed, though this does not mean there are no goals, and added, regarding the issue of the temporary home stadium, that by the end of this season, Kaftanzoglio Stadium should be fully ready so that it can host PAOK starting next season.
