PAOK appears to have found one of the two forwards it’s looking for in this summer’s transfer market!
According to Turkish reports, the “Double-Headed Eagle of the North” has reached a final agreement with Samsunspor to sign Serif Ndiaye.
In fact, as noted, the 30-year-old Senegalese striker is expected to travel to Thessaloniki soon to undergo the necessary medical exams and then sign the contract.
The tall forward (1.90 m) has been with the Turkish club since last September, when the team’s management paid 4 million euros to acquire him from Red Star.
During last season, the experienced star made a total of 29 appearances across all competitions, scoring 10 goals and providing 3 assists.
Diaye is a Senegal national team player, having made 19 appearances and scored 4 goals for his country, and a few weeks ago he was part of the squad for the North American World Cup, though he did not make an appearance.
