Real Madrid and José Mourinho have begun preparations for the new season, with the “Queen” aiming to return to title contention.

The Special One shared his thoughts on the Spanish channel, where he spoke about his feelings regarding his return to Real Madrid, as well as the mission ahead of him.

Here’s what he said in detail

“Words aren’t enough, because I see this as a mission. It’s not about me or whether I’ll win a lot or a little. I’m here to help everyone become better: the players, the coaching staff.

To create a culture of hard work, responsibility, ambition, and something I know very well: the responsibility and honor of working for Real Madrid. I really like this philosophy. It’s not just about working at Real Madrid, but about working for Real Madrid. “It’s with this sense of mission that I’m here,” he said at the outset, before going on to discuss the work he has already begun at “La Reina”:

“We’re working very hard. It’s not like I just arrived today and everything is just starting now. For quite some time now, we’ve been working intensively with the club’s organization at different levels. These days, you can work even if you’re not physically present, because technology helps us a lot.

Today was mainly about my arrival and reviewing what’s already been done, as well as what still needs to be completed,” and at the end, he also touched on preparations:

“We’ll make the most of the next two weeks with a positive attitude. Obviously, I’d like to have all the players here, but we have to look on the bright side. It’s an opportunity for me to get to know the players I’ll be working with, and for them to get to know me.

During preseason, there will be many young players from Castilla here, and I enjoy being involved and contributing to the development of that program.

We’re here, and soon the world champions will join us as well. With great confidence and the firm conviction that I love this club. ‘Hala Madrid y nada más,’” Mourinho said.
