The “Vasil Levski” Stadium will be packed tonight for AEK’s match against Levski Sofia in the Champions League playoffs.

According to the latest reports from Bulgarian media regarding the match, the team’s fans have snapped up all the tickets their club was ultimately able to make available for the game.

Yesterday, they reported that they had found buyers for the 38,000 tickets and had managed to get the “OK” from UEFA to reduce the buffer zones that would have separated AEK fans. A move that secured them an additional 1,536 tickets.

Since noon, when this development became known, Levski fans have snapped up these tickets as well, meaning that more than 39,000 home fans will be in the stadium.
