Aris announced the signing of 20-year-old Montenegrin left back Lazar Maras from Dečici. The contract is for three years, with an option to renew offered by the “Light Brigade.”

The 20-year-old (born January 1, 2006), a left back, has signed a three-year contract, with our team retaining the right to extend the deal.
The fullback transferred to Dečić Tuzi from Budućnost Podgorica’s U-19 team in January 2024, at the age of 18, making his debut with the men’s team a few weeks later.
Last season (2025–26), he established himself as a starter on his team, making 35 appearances in all competitions. In total, he has made 54 appearances for the Montenegrin club in domestic and European competitions.
Maras began playing soccer at OFK Titograd, and at age 14 he joined the Budućnost Podgorica youth academy, progressing all the way to the U19 team.
At the international level, Maras is a current member of Montenegro’s U-21 national team, having previously represented his country in all of its younger age-group national teams.
