An official offer from Maccabi Netanya to sign Luther Singh arrived at AEL’s offices, but the Limassol-based team declined the offer.
The “blue-and-yellows” do not wish to part with yet another key player on their roster, especially in light of the problems caused by the serious injuries to Gomis and Čataković.

Losing Singh would be a major blow for AEL, as replacing him is not considered an easy task. For his part, the player appears open to the possibility of continuing his career in Limassol, despite interest from the Israeli team.
Should Maccabi Netanya return with an improved offer, the matter is expected to be reconsidered by AEL’s management.
