Antonis Tsiftsis will continue his career with PAOK, as the two sides have finalized an agreement to extend their partnership through the summer of 2029. The contract has already been signed, with PAOK rewarding the 27-year-old goalkeeper and keeping him in their plans for the coming years.
This development had been in the works for quite some time, as PAOK had a positive view of the Greek goalkeeper’s performance and progress. His previous contract was set to expire in 2028, and now another year has been added—a move that clearly demonstrates the club’s confidence in him.

PAOK: The next conversation that will determine Michailidis’s future
Tsiftsis was signed by PAOK in the summer of 2024 and gradually earned his place in the team’s lineup. Following Jiri Pavlenka’s serious injury, he is expected to take on increased responsibilities in upcoming matches, with the opportunity to establish himself as the starting goalkeeper.
With the Tsiftsis situation now definitively resolved, PAOK’s attention is now turning to the next important contract renewals. The cases of Giannis Michailidis and Andrija Zivkovic are in the spotlight, with the Thessaloniki club seeking to retain key members of its core roster for the coming years.
