Will Kleiburn is looking for the next step in his career.
On Saturday afternoon (July 4), Barcelona announced the departure of the 36-year-old forward, thanking him for his contributions to the club during his only season wearing the “blaugrana” jersey.
The Catalan club decided to activate the release clause included in the contract between the two parties, which was valid until the summer of 2027.
The veteran star had a very good season in Spain and the EuroLeague, emerging as one of Barcelona’s top players during a difficult and rather mediocre campaign for the club.
In a total of 33 games in Europe’s top competition, Klaiber averaged 13.8 points, 4.2 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 1.1 steals, and 14.7 efficiency points.
𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐂𝐥𝐲𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐧 will not continue with Barça.
Thank you very much and best of luck in the future, Will
