Today is Wednesday (October 7), and as usual, the Cyprus Football Association (CFA) announced the penalties imposed by the Disciplinary Committee.
Due to the suspension of the Cyprus League by Stoiximan, caused by the national teams’ commitments, the penalties pertain to leagues in lower divisions.

*A complaint filed by Referee Nikolaos Markou against Marios Vouris, a member of the OTHELLOS Athinaios staff who was ejected for inappropriate behavior on the bench, left the technical area to protest vehemently during the 2026–2027 Season, Third Division, Phase A Championship match between OTHELLOS Athinaios – Ethnikos of Assia/September 26, 2026 (Matchday 1).
Decision: Fine.
*Complaint filed by Referee Raphael Mammidis against Sotiris Kyriakou, a player for OMONOIA Pseuda, who was sent off for denying a clear scoring opportunity in the Third Division Championship, Phase A of the 2026–2027 season: P.O. Achyronas Onisillos vs. Omonia Pseuda / September 27, 2026 (Matchday 1).

*Complaint filed against Ethnikos Assias because the team behaved inappropriately (5 cards), in violation of Article 10.1(b) of the CFF Disciplinary Regulations during the 2026–2027 Season, Third Division, Phase A Championship match between OTHELLOS Athienou – ETHNIKOS Assias/September 26, 2026 (Matchday 1).

*Complaint against ANORTHOSIS Mouttagiakas because the team behaved inappropriately (5 cards) in violation of Article 10.1(b) of the CFF Disciplinary Regulations during the C Division A Phase Championship match of the 2026–2027 season: ANORTHOSIS Mouttagiakas vs. F.C. LIVADIA on September 26, 2026 (Matchday 1).

*Complaint against the club F.C. LIVADIA 2022 because the team behaved inappropriately (5 cards) in violation of Article 10.1(b) of the CFF Disciplinary Regulations during the Third Division A’ Phase match of the 2026–2027 season between ANORTHOSIS Mouttagiakas – F.C. LIVADIA on September 26, 2026 (Matchday 1).

*Complaint against:
(a) the club P.O. Achyronas Onisillos for failing to submit an electronic request for the temporary replacement of a head coach and for using the assistant coach—who did not hold a UEFA A License—as head coach, without the required approval from the Cyprus Football Association (CFA), in violation of the provisions of Articles 2, 8, 10, 11 of Chapter XIII of the 2026/2027
Third Division Championship Regulations. Decision: Fine.
(b) MICHAEL FANOURIOS, assistant coach, who was on the team’s bench during the match and was temporarily acting as head coach, without the required approval from the Cyprus Football Association (CFA), in violation of Articles 2, 6, 8, 10, and 11 of Chapter XIII of the 2026–2027 Third Division Championship Regulations.
Decision: Fine.
