The leader of Elçe, who was arrested for domestic violence on Tuesday night (October 6) and taken in for questioning by police authorities in Valencia.
Spanish media report that the 36-year-old was allegedly held at the Calosa de Segura police station overnight and appeared before a judge the following day who handles cases involving violence against women.

As for the complaint, it was reportedly filed by his partner, with whom, according to reports, the 36-year-old was in the process of separating. In fact, photographic evidence was reportedly submitted with the complaint, showing bruises, scratches, and marks on the woman’s body.
So far, Elche has not issued an official statement regarding the case. Sources close to the player reportedly deny that Hosan was arrested, claiming that he participated normally in Wednesday’s (October 7) practice.
The relevant authorities are investigating the allegations, and the case is now in the hands of the courts.
