Transfermarkt has updated the market values of Greek soccer players, with Charalambos Kostoulas recording the biggest increase and now climbing to the top of the list.
The Brighton international forward saw his market value skyrocket, bringing him to the same level as Christos Tzolis. The two of them are now at the top, as the most valuable Greek players on the market.
In his case, Kostoulas saw his market value soar from 25 to 40 million euros, marking an increase of 15 million euros in just a few months. This represents a 60% increase, which was enough to propel him to the top spot among Greek soccer players.
On the other hand, the Arsenal international winger had been the sole leader until now, with a market value of 40 million euros. Kostoulas’s impressive rise, however, has changed the landscape, with the two Greek internationals now sharing the top spot.
Kostoulas’s rise in value is yet another sign of his rapid development. From 25 million euros to 40 in just a few months, the young forward has added 15 million euros to his market value and now stands at the top of Greek soccer, alongside Tzolis.
In third place is Konstantinos Karetsas with 35 million euros, while Vangelis Pavlidis and Tasos Douvikas round out the top five with 35 and 25 million euros, respectively. Also in the Top 10 are Giannis Konstantelias, Konstantinos Koulierakis, Konstantinos Tzolakis, Christos Mouzakitis, Stefanos Tzimas, and Konstantinos Mavropanos.
