Lando Norris and McLaren are determined to fight for everything they can in this year’s Formula 1 championship against Mercedes and Ferrari.
A few weeks after his first victory of the year at the Hungarian Grand Prix, the reigning World Champion delivered an outstanding performance at the Zandvoort circuit and was the first to see the checkered flag at the eventful Dutch Grand Prix, which was the last in F1 history.
Despite failing to capitalize on yesterday’s pole position—since he spent most of the race far from the lead—the the British driver managed to take the lead on lap 53 and never looked back.

Behind Lando Norris, it was absolute chaos, with the two Mercedes holding off the relentless pressure from the Ferraris until the very end, with Kimi Antonelli and George Russell climbing to second and third place, respectively, on the podium, in a narrow victory for the Italian points leader over his teammate.
As for the Scuderia, they were left with a big “what if,” as Lewis Hamilton’s all-out effort for a podium finish went to waste, with the seven-time British world champion finishing in 4th place, just 8.5 hundredths of a second behind Russell.
Charles Leclerc finished in 5th place, 1.5 seconds behind his teammate, with Oscar Piastri, Liam Lawson, Nico Hülkenberg, Fernando Alonso, and Pierre Gasly rounding out the top ten.
We remind you that the race was marked by Max Verstappen’s terrifying crash on the first lap, when the Dutch Red Bull star lost control of his car and crashed into the barriers, while, moments later, Nico Hülkenberg narrowly avoided a violent collision with his teammate, Gabriel Boretto.
