Following Montero and Badiño, who have agreed to terms with Olympiacos and Panathinaikos, respectively, Valencia is in danger of losing yet another key player.
Real Madrid is going to great lengths to sign Jaime Pradilla, as they intend to cover the 1.5 million euro buyout clause in his contract and offer him a total of 9.5 million euros over five years! Essentially, once the buyout clause is met, the decision rests solely with the 25-year-old power forward.
This season, Pradilla averaged 6.8 points, 4.1 rebounds, 1.9 assists, and a 9.3 efficiency rating in an average of 19 minutes per game in the EuroLeague, while in the ACB—which he won with Valencia— he averaged 10.2 points, 5.8 rebounds, 2.3 assists, and a 15.5 efficiency rating in 21 minutes per game.
