Following Nikola Panagiotou’s transfer to Utrecht, Omonia is looking to strengthen its central defense, with Henning Berg and the scouting staff reviewing various options.
Following Clinton Nsiala, another name has been added to the “Greens’” list: Dimitrios Kottas.
The 21-year-old Greek center back is a product of the PAOK academy, stands 1.90m tall, and is ambidextrous.
Kottas has 28 caps with Greece’s youth national teams and has played for PAOK B under the guidance of Pablo García.
He has also participated in training sessions and preseason camps with PAOK’s first team under Razvan Lucescu.
The young defender is a top candidate for Omonia, which continues its search for a replacement for Panagiotis.
