The full announcement reads: “Paphos FC is delighted to announce the signing of Brazilian soccer player Gabriel Teixeira Aragão (Biel) on loan from Sporting Clube de Portugal until the end of the 2026/27 season.

Born on April 1, 2001, Biel began his professional career in his home country before establishing himself with EC Bahia, delivering outstanding performances and gaining valuable experience in Brazil’s top league.

Now, Biel is starting a new chapter in his career with Paphos FC, ahead of a particularly demanding season in Cyprus and Europe.

Paphos FC extends its warmest thanks to Sporting Clube de Portugal for the excellent collaboration.

The Paphos FC family welcomes Biel and wishes him every success with our team.

“Welcome to Paphos, Biel!”
