“You were and will always remain a legend. A true gentleman, a role model, and a champion—both on the field and in life. A symbol of Inter and Italian soccer on the world stage, for past generations and for all time. I owe you so much, Sandro. You were one of the most important figures for me when I was a child in Argentina and dreamed of Inter; you were among those who brought me to Milan — a gift for which I will never stop being grateful. Rest in peace, Sandro,” he wrote in his post.
