On Sunday afternoon, an Italian family at Gradakia Beach in Kefalonia narrowly avoided a serious car accident when their car came to a stop on some rocks, before ending up in the sea.

The car veered off course and ended up in an extremely dangerous spot, with its front end hanging over the edge and “dangling” toward the sea, while the underside of the vehicle was wedged against the rocks.
According to kefaloniafocus.com, the family traveling in the vehicle was lucky, and the incident resulted in only property damage and the very harrowing ordeal they experienced.
A tow truck had to be called in to remove the vehicle, as the location where it had become stuck made it impossible to remove it by any other means.
