As part of this effort, the training program for the first cohort of Stores Co-Managers has been completed, with 22 members of #teamlidl now ready to take on their new roles at all Lidl Cyprus stores.
The training, totaling 1,700 hours, was designed to ensure that the new Stores Co-Managers are adequately prepared for their particularly important role: to be at the heart of every store and to contribute daily to creating an even better shopping experience for every customer.

With their presence in every store, Lidl Cyprus strengthens the day-to-day operations of its teams and creates the conditions for an even more immediate response to customer needs. At the same time, this investment represents another step in the company’s ongoing effort to prepare its people not only for today’s needs, but also for tomorrow and their future development.
The completion of the training was celebrated at a special event attended by representatives of management and the employees who participated in the program.
