Jedi Osman is flying to Istanbul, where he will undergo surgery tomorrow, Saturday, to repair a torn meniscus in his right knee.
The Turkish forward for PAOK could be sidelined for anywhere from 4–6 weeks to… 4–6 months, depending on whether he undergoes arthroscopy or meniscus suturing, respectively.
“Our thoughts are with him. We hope everything goes well tomorrow, and we’re confident that Jedi will come back stronger,” reads the message from PAOK BC regarding the team’s leader.
Osman had made an impressive start to the season, averaging 20.9 points, 3.7 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 1.1 steals, and 1.3 turnovers in an average of 30.3 minutes.
