The Cyfield Group reaffirmed its long-standing commitment to supporting education, excellence, and the development of the country’s human resources, was reaffirmed by the Cyfield Group, which participated as one of the largest sponsors at the awards ceremony for outstanding students of the University of Cyprus’s School of Engineering, on June 18, 2026.

As part of the event, Cyfield presented two major awards, recognizing progress, innovation, creativity, and excellent collaboration. Specifically, the Cyfield Award for Best Academic Progress, worth €1,000, was presented to Maria Konstantinou, a senior student in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Maria Konstantinou. At the same time, the award for the best group project in the course “Integrated Project Design,” Civil Engineering track, worth €3,000, was awarded to Anna Violari, Andria Dimitriadi, and Mario Miltiades.

The awards were presented on behalf of Cyfield by the Group’s Executive Director, Ms. Efi Chrysochou, who congratulated the award-winning students on their achievements and wished them every success in their future careers.

This initiative by the Group is part of its ongoing efforts to connect the academic community with the job market, with the aim of actively and tangibly contributing to the development of tomorrow’s professionals.
