The Voici La Mode Group is moving forward even more dynamically, announcing the appointment of Michalis Antoniadis as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), thereby strengthening its strategy for growth, innovation, and modern entrepreneurship.
This move embodies the Group’s philosophy in the most meaningful way: a strong, third-generation family business that is constantly evolving by investing in its people and its future.
The Voici La Mode Group is today one of the most dynamic fashion retail organizations in Cyprus, with a strong and diversified portfolio of businesses that includes international brands such as Marks & Spencer, Sfera, Celio, Mamas & Papas, Etam, Undiz, and Accessorize, as well as expansion into the foodservice sector with Café La Mode and Café La Mode to go, and an international presence, with significant operations in Romania.
Ms. Artemis Antoniadou, who led the Group for more than three decades, leaves behind a strong legacy of growth and transformation. With vision, boldness, and strategic consistency, she played a decisive role in transforming the company into a modern and multifaceted group, establishing strong partnerships with international brands. The group’s long-standing vision has been strategic expansion abroad. This was realized through its operations in the Balkans. Quality and people have always been at the heart of this journey.
Ms. Antoniadou remains actively involved, ensuring the continuity of the values and philosophy that have shaped the Group’s course, from her position as Chair of the Board of Directors.
Michalis Antoniadis, a representative of the third generation, is taking the helm, having already played an active role in the Group’s growth and strategic transformation over the past 10 years. Having studied in London and gained international professional experience at Amazon and M&S in the United Kingdom, he has been substantially involved in projects to develop new brands, expanding operations, and strengthening the Group’s presence abroad, and brings a modern, dynamic approach to management.
As he takes on his new responsibilities, his top priority is to continue the Group’s successful trajectory, while honoring his predecessors and simultaneously focusing on its future growth.
“We have a strong legacy and even greater ambition for the future. We want to take the Voici La Mode Group further, with boldness, innovation, and a clear growth strategy.”
