How he became a visual artist, the love of embroidery he inherited, and the person he chooses for the next “interview”

The previous interviewee, Vasilis Filippou, chose visual artist Elena Adamou as his next guest.

We meet her at her family home, on a quiet cul-de-sac in Kaimakli, where she prepares the dyes for her threads and creates her artwork.

She answers 10 questions, recalls how she first became involved in art, talks about the person from whom she inherited her love of embroidery, her dreams, and what she’s looking forward to, and she selects the next person from the arts community who will be invited for an “audition.”
