Panathinaikos was unable to extend its winning streak in the EuroLeague, suffering its first loss in the competition to Hapoel Tel Aviv, 81-91, in Round 6.
The “Greens” were far from their best, struggled to find consistency in their play, and, despite fighting hard until the end, they could not avoid defeat against a superior opponent, who capitalized on their weaknesses and secured the win at the Telekom Center, improving their record to 4-2.
