PAOK is left with mixed feelings the day after Matchday 9. On the one hand, there are smiles for the 2-1 victory over Asteras AKTOR and the team’s comeback in a match that seemed to be going badly after Kenny’s ejection, but also a “headache” over the numerous issues facing the team ahead of Sunday’s derby against Olympiacos at “G. Karaiskakis” Stadium.
After today’s light training session and tomorrow’s day off, preparations for the match at Faliro will begin on Wednesday with several question marks. Pelkas and Michailidis are definitely out due to injury; Kenny was added to that list yesterday following his ejection, while Lousé is doubtful and the status of Entiaye and Tyson remains to be determined. The former left the match after taking a blow to the knee, while the latter remained on the bench as he felt discomfort during warm-ups.
