As part of the efforts being made by the police and the Deputy Ministry of Migration to combat illegal immigration and illegal employment, a total of 14 individuals were arrested today.

Specifically, during an operation by the Aliens and Immigration Service conducted today in the city and district of Nicosia—at two construction sites, a supermarket, and a fast-food restaurant— 14 individuals were identified and arrested for the offense of illegal employment, while 4 of them were also arrested for the offense of illegal residence in the territory of the Republic of Cyprus Republic.
