Marinakis Property Developers won two awards at the 2026–2027 European Property Awards, with the Marigate Larnaca and Sun Valley projects receiving awards in their respective residential development categories.

Marigate Larnaca was recognized in the Residential High-Rise Development, Cyprus, category for residential developments in high-rise buildings, and Sun Valley in the Residential Development, 10–19 Units, Cyprus, for residential developments with 10 to 19 units. The company’s founder, Georgios Marinos, accepted the awards at a ceremony in London.

This recognition comes as the company approaches its 45th anniversary, marking another milestone in its journey in Larnaca and heralding its next chapter.

The fact that two projects were honored in different categories highlights the breadth of Marinakis’ residential portfolio. The projects reflect different approaches to residential development, all sharing a common focus on design, construction quality, and the needs of the people who will live there.

“These accolades are a source of pride for all of us at Marinakis. We started in Larnaca, grew alongside it, and continue to believe in its future. The awards belong to the people behind our projects and remind us of the responsibility we take on with every home we build,” said the company’s founder, Georgios Marinou.

Since its founding in 1981, Marinakis has evolved alongside Larnaca, responding to changing expectations regarding housing. The focus remains on creating homes with timeless value and maintaining a relationship with the buyer after delivery, through a five-year warranty and after-sales support.
