With the usual absentees and no new surprises, PAOK wrapped up their preparations on Saturday for Sunday’s match against Asteras Tripolis at Toumba for the ninth matchday of the Stoiximan Super League. In the final training session before the match against Asteras, Alessio Lisi focused on warm-ups and rondo drills in Nea Mesimvria, and subsequently, he emphasized defensive and offensive tactics, scrimmages, and set pieces.
Pelkas and Michailidis underwent their regular rehabilitation programs, while Lousé continued his individual program; they were evidently left out of the squad, as were the long-term absentees Despodov, Meité, Pavlenka, Ali, and Chalov.
