The trial of the three defendants accused of the murder of Stavros Demosthenous continued on Monday with the presentation of ten additional admitted facts, which was committed on October 17, 2025.
The three defendants—one 31-year-old and two 28-year-olds— appeared in the morning before the Limassol Permanent Criminal Court, where the prosecution and the defense announced that, due to the absence of one of the defense attorneys, the proceedings would be limited to the submission of additional admitted facts.
Consequently, in addition to the 17 admissible facts submitted at the previous hearing, another 10 admissible testimonies were submitted to the court today.
The trial for the premeditated murder of Stavros Demosthenous will continue on November 4 and 5, and until then, the three defendants remain in custody at the Central Prison.
