The Amarousio Basketball Club made a beautiful and commendable gesture just a few minutes before tip-off in their game against Olympiacos at the Agios Thomas Indoor Arena for the sixth round of the Stoiximan GBL.
The team from the Northern Suburbs honored both the “red-and-whites,” as well as Giorgos Bartzokas, for winning last year’s EuroLeague, with the owner of Maroussi, Dimos Stasinopoulos, presenting the awards to the Greek coach and the Piraeus club’s general manager, Nikos Lepeniotis.
