AEK held on with a 10-point lead, and the forwards sealed the comeback victory against Levadiakos

Marin was ejected in the final ten minutes

AEK returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Levadiakos in Nea Filadelfia, in a match that proved quite challenging after they fell behind on a goal by Kombnan.

However, in the second half, within four minutes (51’–55’), turned the game around with goals from Jović and Varga, and although they were down a man in the closing minutes after Marin was sent off, they managed to secure the “three points” they desperately needed.

This is because they moved up to 3rd place with 20 points and are now four points behind league-leading Panathinaikos, having played one fewer match than Atromitos.

Next comes the break for national team duty, and in the next (11th) matchday, AEK faces Kalamata on the road (Nov. 21, 7:30 p.m.), while Levadiakos hosts Atromitos (Nov. 22, 4:00 p.m.).
