PAOK faces its fifth and toughest match in this year’s EuroCup. The “Double-Headed Eagle” faces off at 6:00 p.m. in Istanbul against the powerful Bahçeşehir, one of the leaders of Group D in Europe’s second-tier club competition, Bahçeşehir, and is seeking its fourth win and a more convincing performance than those of the past month, in order to gauge its strength against one of the favorites to win the trophy.
Both teams have a 3-1 record in this year’s tournament, while the “black-and-whites” remain undefeated in the Stoiximan GBL and are coming off a hard-fought victory over AEK last Saturday. Andreas Trinchieri has left Omoruyi, Kaklamanakis, and Persidis off the roster, while Naz Mitrou-Long is questionable.
