Traffic delays of more than six hours on the Larnaca-Nicosia highway.
The left lane remains closed due to a crane truck that has come to a standstill approximately one kilometer from the Rizoelia roundabout, in the direction of Nicosia.

As seen in photos, the situation on the highway remains chaotic, with vehicles forming kilometer-long lines.
It should be noted that earlier, the police urged drivers traveling from Larnaca to Nicosia to also use the old road, as there is heavy traffic in the area.
They also advised drivers passing through the area, as well as the general public using the road network, to exercise extreme caution.
