Kostas Sloukas will not be available to Zeljko Obradović and Panathinaikos for their trip to Istanbul for the game against Anadolu Efes in the 9th roundof the EuroLeague.
There is no issue with the Greek captain of the “Greens,” and the decision not to have him participate in the away game is purely for management reasons.
Given the very long period he was sidelined and having only recently returned to action, Kostas Sloukas’s playing time is being carefully managed by “Zoc.”
In fact, there’s a particularly demanding game against Vasilis Spanoulis’s Aris on Sunday, which is why Obradović wants to be cautious with the veteran guard.
All the other players, except for Rogavopoulos, are available to the Panathinaikos coach as usual.
