With several lineup issues still unresolved, Aris continues its preparations for the away match against Levadiakos in Boeotia, as part of Matchday 9 of the Stoiximan Super League.
The biggest question mark surrounds Uros Racić, whose participation is now in doubt. The Serbian midfielder had recently seemed close to a return, but he missed training for a second consecutive day, causing concern for Michalis Grigoriou.
Racic continues to experience the same discomfort that prevented him from playing in the Cup match against Panathinaikos. His absence from Friday’s training session leaves open the possibility that he may not even travel with the team to Boeotia.
Such a development would deprive Grigoriou of an important option in midfield, at a time when the Greek coach wants to maintain the balance his team has achieved in recent games. If Ratić is unable to overcome his injury, the team will need to find a different solution for the midfield.
The news is better in the case of Giannis Gianniotas. The Greek attacking midfielder has returned to his regular training routine and is back in the mix, offering an additional option on the wings ahead of the match against Levadiakos.
In contrast, the situation regarding Laurent Moron remains uncertain. The final decision regarding the Spanish forward is expected to be made before the team departs for Boeotia, though the odds are currently stacked against his participation.
Meanwhile, the absences of García, Matar Tiam, and Bruma remain certain, as they continue to deal with injuries.
