A new statement from Olympiacos BC, this time directed against Dimitris Giannakopoulos. The “Red-and-Whites” have announced that they have filed a complaint against the Panathinaikos power broker over an Instagram post, noting that the EuroLeague has initiated disciplinary proceedings.

Olympiacos BC informs its fans of the following developments:
On October 29, Panathinaikos BC was fined by the EuroLeague Disciplinary Judge for banners and abusive chants by its fans on October 22, which maliciously attempted to implicate Olympiacos BC and its coach, G. Bartzokas in the ongoing judicial investigation into basketball match-fixing.
Meanwhile, following a complaint filed by Olympiacos BC, a separate disciplinary proceeding has been initiated against the current owner of PAO BC, D. Giannakopoulos, for reposting on Instagram the aforementioned unlawful conduct by PAO BC fans.
