Stella Kyriakidou’s words are moving: “I’m finishing my own treatment, but my heart remains there.”

Stella Kyriakidou, former European Union Health Commissioner and DISY Member of Parliament, announced some good news via her personal social media account.

One month after revealing her battle with gynecological cancer, she revealed that she completed a course of chemotherapy today and expressed her gratitude to the staff at the clinic where she received treatment, as well as to the other patients.
