Residents of Protaras were treated to a spectacular sight on Friday morning when they saw three waterspouts in the sea.
The phenomenon was captured on video and in photos posted on the “Cyprus Weather Lovers” page.

Rain is currently falling in the area, and according to the Department of Meteorology, severe weather is also expected in other areas after noon.
