APOEL Reaches Preliminary Agreement with Savvas Liasis' Investment Group!
The Club announced that it has reached a a “deal” regarding the management of the soccer division and has called all members to an Extraordinary General Assembly on November 23 to ratify the agreement.

The Club’s announcement: “APOEL announces that it has reached an agreement in principle with an investment group led by Savvas Liasis regarding the management of the soccer division.
All members of the ATHLETIC FOOTBALL CLUB OF GREEKS OF NICOSIA (APOEL) to an Extraordinary General Assembly, which will be held on Monday, November 23, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at the Pavilion Hall, Nicosia, in order to be informed of the content and terms of the relevant agreements.
AGENDA OF THE EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
1. Presentation of the agreements between the APOEL Association and the investment group regarding the management of the soccer division.
2. Discussion of the agreements and questions from members.
3. Submission of the agreements to the General Assembly for ratification.
