With a big win at Camp Nou, Real Madrid reaffirmed its title aspirations and, with 24 points, closed the gap to 3 points behind league-leading Barcelona (27 points), which saw its archrival put an end to the perfect winning streak it had built over the first nine matchdays.
However, for the “Queen’s” victory in Barcelona to be meaningful, they’ll need to build on this win, as José Mourinho’s team faces Racing away in Matchday 11 of La Liga.
On the other hand, the “Blaugrana” are looking to get back on the winning track and will try to do so against Alavés at Camp Nou, while in-form Atlético Madrid, currently in second place with 25 points, will seek its seventh consecutive victory in this season’s league at Levante’s home stadium.
