Sevilla collapsed in the second half and suffered a comeback defeat at the hands of Getafe.
With Odysseas Vlachodimos once again guarding the net, the Andalusians took the lead on a goal by Salas in the 19th minute of the match, but they watched their opponents score three goals in the second half and ultimately suffered a 3-1 away loss.
Unal was the one who equalized for the home team in the 68th minute, while five minutes later Satriano made it 2-1; as the match entered its “final stretch,” Bueno received a straight red card, leaving Sevilla a man down in the 90’+1′, before Mangala came on to seal the final 3-1 score, in the 90’+4′!
As a result, Sevilla remained on 17 points and in 6th place, while Getafe celebrated its third win in this season’s La Liga, climbing to 12th place.
