With the José Luis Medilibar story dominating the “red-and-white” news coverage, and with the Basque coach’s future on the Olympiacos bench uncertain, there is talk in Portugal of an imminent transfer.
In a report, A Bola specifically states that Olympiacos is ready to finalize a major transfer. The Portuguese outlet emphasizes that the “Red-and-Whites” are set to sign Daniel Bragança from Sporting Lisbon for a fee ranging from 8 to 10 million euros.
The same report reveals that Rui Borges does not plan to include the 27-year-old midfielder in his plans, a situation that Olympiacos hopes to capitalize on by bringing him to Piraeus.
Last season, the Portuguese player made a total of 25 appearances, scoring six goals and providing one assist.
