For Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, the historic site took on a different, more personal meaning.

Travis Kelce revealed the reasons that led him and Taylor Swift to choose Madison Square Garden for their wedding, as he spoke about the important day in their lives and the atmosphere they wanted to create.

The 36-year-old NFL star discussed his wedding to the world-famous singer on the latest episode of the “New Heights” podcast, which was released on Wednesday, September 2. As he explained, the choice of the iconic New York venue was based primarily on their need for privacy, as well as their desire to enjoy the moment without intense outside distractions.

Travis Kelce wanted to thank the people at Madison Square Garden for their cooperation and contribution to making the wedding celebration a reality.
