A morning walk turned into a nightmare for a 69-year-old tourist in Afissos, Volos, as she was attacked by two large dogs, which bit her in two different places, and she had to be taken to the Argalasti Health Center to receive medical attention, according to taxydromos.gr.
According to the report, the incident occurred today at around 9 a.m. The 69-year-old woman takes her daily walk along a route from the Afissos ring road to Afetes. “It’s our morning walk; we do it every time we come to our country home,” her husband explained.
During the walk, the two stray dogs attacked her and bit her in two different places on the lower part of her right leg. At that moment, there was no one nearby for her to ask for help. Instinctively, she screamed, and the two stray dogs let go of her and ran away.
She went to the Argalasti Health Center, where she received medical attention and was given medication.
